Alliance River Crossing spans across approximately 900 acres of land designated for mixed use and will feature manufacturing, industrial and commercial/retail development space. There will be approximately 6.5 million square feet of industrial space and 1.2 million square feet of commercial/retail and office space. Also planned are 590 units of multi-family housing as well as 1,500 single-family, detached homes.
